Event Rules & Guidelines

1. Team Formation

   Each team must consist of 2 to 3 members.

2. Initial Investment

   At the start of the event, each team will receive Rs. 100 as seed capital.

3. Briefing & Fund Allocation (8th March, 10 AM)

   Teams will be introduced to the competition format and provided Rs. 100 seed capital to start their entrepreneurial journey.

4. Utilization of Funds
   • Teams can use their Rs. 100 for purchasing goods, trading, or investing in services to generate profit.
   • Personal expenses (e.g., travel, food, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
5. Investment Period

   During this period, teams can operate outside the college campus to maximize their profits.

   Over 24 hours, teams must continue trading, investing, or providing services to maximize their profits.

6. Transaction Records

   Teams must maintain a detailed record of all transactions, including:

   • Amount spent
   • Items purchased
   • Any subsequent sales or earnings

   All transactions must be documented in an Excel sheet or document.

7. Return & Profit Sharing

   At the end of the event, teams must return:

   • The Rs. 100 initial investment (mandatory, even in case of losses)
   • 30% of their total profit
8. Final Presentation (9th March, 11 AM)

   Teams will present their journey turn by turn, explaining their strategies and results.

9. Evaluation & Results

   The winning team will be determined based on:

   • Net profit (after returning Rs. 100 and 30% profit share)
   • In case of a tie, judges may also consider strategy, creativity, and accuracy of transaction records.
10. Rules & Ethical Practices
    • Return Policy: The initial investment and profit share must be returned.
    • No fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or rule violations will be tolerated.
    • Personal expenses (e.g., food, travel, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
