Welcome to the Startup Showcase Fair at Empulse 2025!
This event provides an excellent opportunity for emerging startups to showcase their innovative ideas, interact with potential investors, and gain exposure in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all participants, please adhere to the following rules and guidelines.

1. Registration Process
- All startups must register by filling out the official Google Form attached to the event announcement.
- The form requires details such as startup name, industry, team members, business model, and funding stage.
- Incomplete or misleading registrations may lead to disqualification.
2. Shortlisting of Startups
- A total of 20 startups will be shortlisted based on innovation, feasibility, and market potential.
- Selected startups will receive a confirmation email with further event details.
3. Stall Booking and Charges
- A stall booking charge will be applicable for participation in the event, covering both days of the showcase (Approximately INR 4000).
- The fee details and payment instructions will be communicated to shortlisted startups upon selection.
- Stalls will be allocated after payment confirmation.
4. Investor Presence and Networking
- The event will host renowned investors, venture capitalists, and business mentors.
- Startups will have the opportunity to present their ideas, pitch their business models, and engage in meaningful networking.
5. General Guidelines
- Startups must adhere to ethical business practices and ensure transparency in their presentations.
- Any form of misrepresentation or misleading information may lead to disqualification.
- Participants must respect event timelines, set-up schedules, and maintain professionalism throughout the showcase.
- The organizers reserve the right to make necessary modifications to the event structure, if required.
