TaxiWars Startup Scaling Competition: Real-World Case Study

Organized by E-Cell Yukta, Cummins College of Engineering for Women, Pune

Company Overview

TaxiWars is an innovative ride-sharing platform that introduces a unique bidding fare system. Drivers can bid on ride requests, and prices are determined by demand and supply dynamics. This economic model ensures both riders and drivers quickly agree on a fair price. Currently, TaxiWars has onboarded over 2,000 drivers, but with only 20-30 rides being booked daily, they aim to scale up to 100 daily rides.

Competition Task

Participants are required to develop a comprehensive Marketing Strategy in the form of a document or a presentation to help TaxiWars achieve its goal of increasing average daily rides from 20-30 to 100. The proposal should include detailed analysis and recommendations based on competition insights and consumer behavior.

Team Formation: You can participate individually or in teams of 1 to 4 members.
